Second time in a row I was sent the wrong product and delivery took longer than it should for express. I exclusively send express from my business and interstate is always 1 business day, max 3 if it's some rural WA town, but each time labels have taken a week+ to arrive.
First time was short one stack of fanfold labels, this time I was sent 6 rolls! Which has caused challenges as they feed into the printer the opposite way, so require further admin work every time I print, as I have to rotate 180 and offset the labels vertically and they're usually slanted due to the way the roll rests. Also due to labels resting as roll, when printing many labels at a time, they bow instead of folding.
Going to give this one more chance, but really loosing faith and wish there was a number to call for customer service, instead of only a contact form on the website.
2 stars as I like the printer itself, even though it only works with usb when using shippit, not wifi/bluetooth as advertised, but I've changed the office setup to accommodate this. The labels and service have lowered satisfaction dramatically.
Sad as again, love the printer and want to give more stars.
